It governs bodily fluids such as blood, lymph, saliva, and digestive juices. Water element is essential for maintaining hydration, circulation, and nourishment within the body.

  3. Fire (Agni): Fire represents the metabolic and transformative processes within the body. It is associated with digestion, metabolism, and the generation of energy (prana). The fire element governs the digestive fire (agni) responsible for breaking down food and assimilating nutrients, as well as the body’s internal heat and vitality.

  4. Air (Vayu): Air symbolizes the gaseous component of the body and is associated with movement, circulation, and breath. It governs the flow of air, oxygen, and prana (life force) throughout the body. The air element is essential for respiration, circulation, and the functioning of the nervous system.

  5. Ether (Akasha): Ether represents the space or void within the body and is associated with openness, expansiveness, and connectivity. It provides the container for the other elements to exist and interact. The ether element is linked to the subtle aspects of consciousness, including thoughts, emotions, and spiritual awareness.

These five elements are believed to interconnect and interact within the human body, influencing physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual growth.
